Taylor W. – Office Manager
Taylor has a science-based education from Iowa Western and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2015, Taylor began pursuing her longtime dental interests as a dental assistant alongside Dr. Schrad.
She has since played a multitude of roles here at City View Dental. Taylor enjoys interacting with patients and answering any questions they have regarding insurance or financing.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking, live music, spending time with her family, friends and her adorable Min-Pin, Tye.

Elisha – Dental Hygienist
Elisha was born and raised in Bellevue, NE, and earned her Dental Hygiene degree at Iowa Western Community College. Elisha has a passion for prevention!
She makes it a priority to explain the details of your oral health and to give a better understanding of the individualized treatment that each patient needs.
She has had the privilege to work with homeless shelters and low-income communities, catering to their oral needs.
Elisha observed many people from her personal life that did not enjoy the “dental atmosphere” and has made it her personal goal to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed, making it a positive experience.
In her free time, Elisha enjoys spending time with family and friends, and most of all, spoiling her Golden Retriever Millie.
She enjoys staying active and working out at the gym. Elisha is always up for new experiences especially if it involves sunshine and a beach!

Colleen – Dental Hygienist
Colleen is originally from Omaha and now resides in Council Bluffs. She holds a Bachelors in marketing but decided to pursue a career in dentistry, starting as a dental assistant before completing the Dental Hygiene program at Iowa Western Community College. She has also been an adjunct instructor for the IWCC Hygiene Program.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and her two maltipoos Edith & Agnes, reading, running, landscaping and continuing her passion for learning.
